OUR PRODUCTS
All our products are handmade using crochet techniques.
We use textile materials, lightweight and easy to wear.
You can hand wash at a temperature below 30 º. Do not tumble dry.
HOW TO BUY
1. Access the items in our Store; rings, earrings, bracelets, necklaces, boho-sandals and beachwear.
2. Find what you are looking for, we recommend that you use the size guides, if you have any doubts, please do not hesitate to contact us before you place your order.
3. Once you picked your favourite item click on the order button and fill out the order form.
4. In few minutes, you will receive a PayPal online invoice.
5. Click on ‘Pay Invoice’ button, it will take you to PayPal's website, where you can choose your favourite payment method.
6. Click on ‘Confirm payment’ and you are done!
7. Once we get PayPal payment notification, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with all your order details.

You can track the status of your order with us via email.

You do not have to be registered at our website to purchase an item.

You do not need to have a PayPal account to complete your payment.
PAYMENT METHOD
PayPal: Credit cards, debit cards, PayPal account.
All our prices are listed in Euros. However, payment can be submitted in any currency.
SHIPPING
Destination charged.
We ship within 5-7 days after PayPal confirmation of payment, next day if the items are in stock.
We use Correos de España shipment service.
It takes them within 6 working days to deliver the goods.
All items are carefully wrapped and shipped in safe envelopes.
We are not responsible for items lost or damaged by the post.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
Returns can be arranged. You can return your purchase within 1 to 2 days after received it. Returned items must be in the same condition they were before shipment. Once we inspect them, we would refund the purchase cost, but not shipping fees.
We do not accept returns of custom orders.
We are not responsible for any damage caused by poor use of the jewellery or beachwear.
